Movie adaptation. Came free with purchase of the VHS Videotape of the movie.
Almost identical to the deluxe edition of Batman: Mask of Phantasm - The Animated Movie (DC, 1994 series) which came out at the time of the theatrical release of the film. This version was available only packaged with the VHS tape of the movie, released in May 1994, and with the VHS tape of "The Batman/Superman Movie".
Differences: size, title, no text on the spine, no price on the cover, and no UPC nor ISBN on the back cover (or inside back cover), and the last page before the inside back cover is a subscription ad (vs an ad for Bantam Books based on Mask of Phantasm).
Both say First Printing.
