Synopsis
Sandra picks up an old friend of hers along a street during a rainstorm, noticing that she is acting strangely. Just then, the police show up and arrest Kitty for murder. The Phantom Lady knows that Kitty is innocent and begins an investigation to discover just who is framing her for the crime.
