Synopsis

The mysterious presence, dormant for ages beneath the surface of the the Planet Amzot, and seen in #3, comes alive to resume its ancient mission - accumulate data on the present-day inhabitants of Amzot, the planet of origin for a great galactic empire. A huge-headed entity called The Encephalon creates an adaptable Harvester to collect all biological data. An amorphous biped, the Harvester assimilates and assumes the characteristics of anyone it runs across - first three survivors of Quen-Tel's aborted mining expedition (issues #1-2) and then turns its absorbing attentions to The Herculoids.
