Synopsis

Star, assistant to “Saturday Night Hit Parade” producer Al Pearce, is upset when her press agent boyfriend Tim flirts with aspiring singer Laura. Al and singer Bill Harrington give Star a makeover and promote her as a singing star to make Tim jealous. Tim gives Bill and Star incorrect directions to a private party where they are booked to perform, but proves he loves Star when she is in danger of drowning as a result.
