Synopsis
Child star and actress Penelope Pitstop decides to make a name for herself on the no-holds-barred Wacky Races circuit, but her hopes are dashed and her car wrecked by Dick Dastardly in the first qualifying round. Down, but not out, she turns to her mechanic friend Hoyt and various publicity and fund-raising efforts to get going again. Those efforts attract the attention of former racer and present corporate owner of the Wacky Races, Peter Perfect.

The 40 pages (over three chapters) of the Wacky Races story are uninterrupted by ads.
