This was funded through a Kickstarter campaign and had no price printed on the issue, though the lowest-cost tier that included a physical copy was $15.00 CAD. The above-listed "On Sale" date reflecting when general shipping/fulfillment was first announced in an update. All physical copy crowdfunding backers also received a digital PDF copy of the issue, a Murder Nun logo sticker, and four Murder Nun trading cards. All physical copy crowdfunding backers who pledged in the first 48 hours also received a Pumpkin #5 Preview Edition (aka Ashcan).
