Printing History and background The cover of the dust jackets remain the same from first printing through fourth printing. The fifth printing has the addition of an introductory price promotion in the lower right corner. The backcover of the dustjackets are almost identical except for differences in the content and presentation of the pricing and ISBN. The first print has a single line of text. The second printing has two lines of text as does the third printing. The fourth printing has two lines of text and a seperate barcode. The fifth printing has a barcode box with the prices enclosed with the ISBN adjacent on the right side. See individual varaints for details of pricing, ISBN and barcode. No evidence was found to indicate any difference in the five printings of the bound book, except for the indicia/copyright page. all of which include a line with the printing sequence.
