These Blind Bag Exclusive - Original Artist Sketch variants differ from the Blue Line Blank variant in that they lack the Blue Line Blank's UPC and, unlike the Blue Line Blank, were distributed exclusively in the True Believers Blind Bag. Additionally, all known copies of the Blind Bag Exclusive - Original Artist Sketch covers were marked by an artist prior to being sealed in the polybags. The Blind Bag Exclusive - Original Artist Sketch variants were announced on September 19, 2025 (about a month after the True Believer Blind Bags were themselves announced) and are described on the blind bag as 'other ultra-rare mystery covers'. The blind bag itself had its own barcode of 75960621336800191. The main cover has additional date December 2025, but the variant covers do not. The variants and the main cover have indicia publication date of February 2026.

While the Blind Bag Exclusive - Original Artist Sketch variants do not have a price on them, they were only available in the True Believers Blind Bags which were priced at 5.99 USD each.
