Synopsis
Duke gets dressed down for his unauthorized victory in Sierra Gordo where he captured Destro. Destro makes a deal to save his own skin by turning over Cobra Commander.

Originally available exclusively at the 2004 G.I. Joe Collectors' Club Convention, which was conducted July 1 to 4, 2004, at Disney's Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. It also was available via Diamond the following Spring and is listed on the April 20, 2005, Diamond shipping list.
