Synopsis

With the League offering amnesty, villains including Lex Luthor, Giganta, Starro, and Weather Wizard join the team and assist on a mission in Bialya, where they encounter an old enemy of the League. Guy Gardner, Mister Terrific, and Hawkgirl travel to Oa to ensure that a power bank that stores superpowers is secured in a safe location. Martian Manhunter, Booster Gold, and Mary Marvel travel to Smallville in the past hoping they will be able to track down the missing Superman, but they are confronted by Epoch the Lord of Time.
