An all reprint issue that reprints the cover and all interior comics content from Tweety and Sylvester (Western, 1963 series) #106 (October 1980), one of a number of scarce Whitman bagged issues of later 1980.

Ten pages of 1976 comics reprint material are added to take the place of the advertising pages of Tweety and Sylvester #106.

No interior ads in this issue. Ads are limited to inside and back covers. All 32 interior pages are comics or comics-related text material.

This issue features three directly connected stories of Tweety, Sylvester, and Granny traveling around the world, as might have been done more expansively in an older "Dell Giant" comic.
