Reprint of Batman (DC, 1940 series) #122 with original ads removed and replaced by Pizza Hut ads and other fillers. Cover has "Pizza Hut Collectors' Edition Vol. 1." However, the indicia is unchanged from the original "Batman No. 122, March 1959" (except for addition of 1977 copyright year). There are 6 issues in the series: Batman #122, Batman #123, Superman #97, Superman #113, Wonder Woman #60, and Wonder Woman #62. According to Comic Reader #152, these Pizza Hut editions were actually first made available on January 2, 1978. Promotional giveaway status confirmed by Michael Catron, 6/19/2006.
