Synopsis

Joe comes home after two years of military service in Korea and his fiancee Claudia finds him changed. Joe, a former elevator operator, wants a job with a future before they marry and shuns their former group of frivolous friends. After five months, Claudia breaks up with him, but soon misses Joe and realizes his desire for a steady, settled life was correct. Claudia’s sister-in-law Marge helps reunite Joe and Claudia.
