Synopsis
Speedy returns to help Green Arrow, along with Green Lantern. Oliver Queen confronts the leader of the gang of industrialists who have been destroying Star City. Deathstroke wanted to be sent to prison so that he could meet with Constantine Drakon for information on Green Arrow.
