Synopsis
The teens meet Emmett's cousin, Michael Proudhawk, who has the ability to generate a Psi-Hawk by himself. He attempts to recruit the teens into the C.I.A., but they refuse and their respective Psi-Hawks fight each other. When Proudhawk's Psi-Hawk is beaten, he is placed into a comatose state.
