Synopsis

New lawyer Ralph wants to marry secretary Carol but she wants him to cultivate a successful clientele first. They go to Larry Lane’s fancy nightclub. Larry offers Ralph a job but Ralph turns him down because of Larry’s unsavory reputation. Carol breaks up with Ralph and dates Larry, but then falls for Larry’s new lawyer Mal. After a chance meeting with Ralph, Carol decides to break up with Mal. A jealous Larry threatens to kill Mal but Ralph steps in and rescues Carol. They reconcile.
