Synopsis

The Panther embarks on a flight to Africa with his female companion Jane Bryant. While en route, the pilots discover that the controls of the plane have been frozen. The Panther attempts to pilot the plane but even his strength is of no use, the controls remain frozen. The plane finally lands on a remote island, and a group of soldiers escort the Panther and Jane to meet their host and captor, The General, a man whose features and attire strongly resemble that of Napoleon Bonaparte. The General has in his possession a device that can suspend gravity and neutralize all mechanical power.
