Synopsis
Judge Hale is receiving threatening letters reading "Dog Eats Dog." Alan Hale, aka the Puppeteer, and his talking bird sidekick Raven investigate. Ex-con Smoke Smith puts poison on the paws of a dog puppet to kill the judge but the Puppeteer brings the antidote and captures the villain.
