Synopsis
A map of North America set in Billy Nguyen's time when the territories have been allocated to new nations: British Canada, California, Deseret, Federated Indian Nations, Imperial Confederacy of America, Mexico, Novi Russia (Russian-American Empire), Quebec, Texas, and (the greatly reduced area of) The United States of America.

Per the May 1987 Comic Line Newsletter issued by the Dearborn, Michigan comic book store, Comics Plus, this issue was listed as "Expected" for that month. The March 1988 publication date indicates there was a delay in this comic's publication.
