Synopsis
The Corruptor sends his henchman Night Flyer after the Hulk with the express purpose to provoke the Green Giant into a rage, enabling Corruptor to take control of him for his own purposes. Rick Jones, Betty Ross and the new Teen Brigade members are helpless to do anything to stop it. President Reagan assigns General Ross to the Pentagon to allow him to try to convince them that the Hulk is more dangerous than the Soviets.
