Synopsis
After a day of training and meeting Jean Grey --a new student at Professor X's school-- the X-Men go one their first assignment: Stopping a mutant named Magneto from talking over an Air Force base.

Comic is an exact reprint of X-Men #1, including the original ads. On-sale date from Amazing Heroes (Fantagraphics, 1981 Series) #192, July 1991.
There are four versions of the facsimile. Three appear to be from a 1991 printing. Two general distribution versions are nearly identical. The third is a numbered version, limited to 2000 copies, which were signed by Jack Kirby.
The original 1963 indicia appears on the inside front cover (its location in the original 1963 printing) on versions 1-3, supplemented by additional text in ink-jet below the splash page: "THIS IS A REPRINT OF THE UNCANNY X-MEN #1. COPYRIGHT 1991. REPRINTED IN CANADA."
The fourth 1993 version has the original 1963 indicia removed and replaced by a modern indicia at the bottom of the first story page.
