This cover has no art and consists only of a warning that the contents are unsuitable for children. This issue was originally intended for an issue of The Goon but after concerns about having sodomy in the title of a comic, Diamond forced the book to be placed into the Adult section of their catalog. Eric Powell responded by truly making it an adult comic, moving all the off-panel innuendo into the comic itself and leaving nothing to the imagination.
