Synopsis
On the eve of the mayoral election, Arthur Reeves threatens to reveal Batman's secret identity to swing the vote in his favor. Meanwhile, Batman stalks Ivy hoping to get her to reveal how she hypnotized the Wayne Foundation board into signing over the company's assets to her.
