Synopsis
Tony and SHIELD are on high alert as Penance has gained access to all of the launch codes for the U.S. nuclear arsenal. Wolverine and the Thunderbolts try to keep Robbie from starting World War III but Penance is running on his own secret agenda and foils his captors as he steals the Thunderbolt's transport ship.
