Synopsis
A political satire of Libyan dictator, Moammar Qaddafi. Daffy comes to Moammar in a dream as a voice to tear down the dictator's myths he has created about himself. Qaddafi is defeated repeatedly by Ronald Reagan, children, and what he has said himself.
