Synopsis
Spaz is let loose by Pitney who is conspiring with Fox to kill a government official named Robertson. Under the mind control of A.B.S.E.N.T. (Artificial Brain Stimuli Encoded Neuron Terminal), Spaz almost kills Robertson but is stopped by Harada. Harada kills Pitney and Fox.
