Synopsis

A former soldier borrows money under the G.I. Bill of Rights and agrees with a Mr. Bonny to go into business with him in a program called "Bonny Prosthetics", unaware that the real Mr. Bonny has been incapacitated. Black Venus investigates and discovers the truth, rounding up the villains in the process.
