Synopsis
Thinking the cosmic assassin defeated and grieving for his father, Quasar walks straight into the hands of the cosmic assassin, Maelstrom. Killing Makkari and threatening Quasar's friends, Maelstrom cuts off Quasar's arms and takes the Quantum-Bands.
