The 15-cent variant exists in editions with HRNs 156 and 167. Their promos differ, and 167 omits the quiz. The HRN 156 version includes a Who Am I? quiz (0.5 page) and a promo for issue 157, Lives of the Hunted (0.5 page), along with the binder promo (1 page) and the Classics Illustrated back issue promo (1 page).
