Synopsis

Although the cover mentions the New Avengers, they are not in it. The story includes Captain America, Silver Surfer, Ghost Rider and the Punisher. They are not a team. Captain America takes a call from Nick Fury in the Avengers Tower at the start of the story, and that is the only tie to the Avengers.
