Limited Edition of 3,000 copies. Delectus reprints stories from issues 1-4 of Gore Shriek series #1. The Delectus is referred to as both "Primer #1" and "Annual #1" in various places including Fantaco's 1989 Horror Yearbook. Published as a sort of reprint annual during the run of the first Gore Shriek series.
