Synopsis
Captain Albright is demonstrating his latest invention, the "Automatic Fisherman", to a skeptical group of scientists, but when the invention proves to be a success, the evil Ivan Shark decides to have one of his men get hold of the plans and make a copy of it: for criminal purposes!
