Synopsis
Charlie Ross doesn't believe in proverbs, which he refers to as a lot of stale sayings. However, when he discovers a treasure map in his yard, which leads him to a chest of gold at the bottom of a lake, he begins to believe, not knowing that the town's people have played a prank on him for a very definite reason!
