Synopsis

Holly works as a receptionist at the student hostel on the Riva Fenice. During carnival time in Venice, an old fortune-teller tells her that she will meet the man she will marry before the clock in San Marco square strikes three. First she meets Larry, who says he is some sort of policeman. Then later that night Johnny shows up in her room, claiming he works for M.I.5 and that Larry is an enemy agent out to kill him. She agrees to help hide Johnny, but over the following days, Holly is torn over her feelings for both of them.
