Synopsis

After her husband's death in Jamaica, one of her late husband's business associates offers to pay for Serena's passage home to England. But the man's real motive is to start an affair with her. When his wife catches him making advances to Serena, Dora falls during the ensuing struggle and is killed. Serena intends to notify the captain, but Paul pushes her overboard and claims it was she who murdered his wife. Serena is rescued at sea by a smuggler and she soon learns she is pregnant.
