Synopsis

Pat gets a job as a nanny-secretary for a widowed author and his six-year-old son who live in a remote cottage by the sea. The author never smiles and seldom speaks, but Pat finds him intriguing. But she also receives curious instructions to stay out of a certain room in the cottage and to avoid one of the caves down on the coast.
