Synopsis

In a tiny and remote village in the foot-hills of the Pyrenees, Tina has reached the age of marriage. Although their parents are dead, Tina intends to keep the pact they made for her to marry Dominic as was the custom in that part of Spain. Tina had not seen Dominic since she was eight, but she goes to Cuerra to find him. When she arrives, she discovers he works for Pablo's band of brigands and is wanted by the police. He tries to send her home, but she remains stubborn in her devotion to him.
