The Jewel in the Skull #[nn]

Indicia quotes first published in [April] 1979 by Savoy Books for Big O Publishing.

There are apparently two editions of the book. The entire original 1978 printing was misbound by the printer with double page spreads on opposite sides of the same page instead of facing pages. This run was supposed to have been completely pulped, but copies still turn up for sale. The second, corrected printing was done in 1979 with that date stated inside.

Based on the book of the same name from the Michael Moorcock series The High History of the Runestaff. There was to be a complete series covering the four Hawkmoon books but this was the only one to materialise.
