Synopsis

The Johnny Thunder of Earth-1 takes control of the Thunderbolt of the Johnny Thunder of Earth-2 and goes back in time to prevent the JLAers from becoming heroes. After a defeat at the hands of the JSA, Earth-1's Johnny Thunder has the Thunderbolt go back in time again to create a new Lawless League to confront the JSA.
