Synopsis

In a unnamed city, drug addicts are dying like flies then reawakening. The Challengers are called in to investigate the corpses, which animate and attack. The Challengers follow them to a club where they're seized by "Emperor Mustafa", to become zombies too. The Challengers fight free to the street, speculating on the run about mind control through radio subsonics. They break into an electronics store and Kenn rigs a machine that drives the zombies away. Meanwhile, a SWAT team arrests the Mayor. He's in with Mustafa for a "social experiment" that would render junkies controllable and...useful?
