Synopsis
Commissioner Gordon asks Batman to investigate when a series of cons are released from prison and suddenly disappear. The Caped Crusader discovers, after going undercover, that a criminal named the Thinker is gathering and using them to manufacture parts for equipment to be used by the underworld.
