Synopsis
Murder Marxton is scheduled for the electric chair, but his gang rigs the chair. Marxton is imbued with super-lightning powers, becoming the Lightning Man. The Kid calls up Ben Franklin from the past, who then uses a lightning rod on the villain to stop and kill him.
