From the cover [almost illegibly] is a statement that: "This is a repeated version of a story titled '[?] The Dark' published on 5/[?]/79." With a little research I believe it is 'Demons From the Dark' from Indrajal Comics #319. At least the 1st stories First Pages are identical except for the 1st panel [title].
