Synopsis
Natuluxx and his soldiers come up on what appears to be the sole surviving city after a global apocalypse, destroying the city they Challenge Prince Adamm to a surfing contest for the remaining city dwellers lives. Natuluxx and his wave warriors use nuclear weaponry to kill the cities riders and slay all including Addam. Doctor Julius Roc and his genetically engineered Son Lobo retrieve many of the bodies taking them back to their lab to be Reanimated to battle Natuluxx and his Navy, when something goes wrong with the Process.
