Synopsis
Elaine married TV repairman Larry while still in high school; 18 months later she hates her life as a mother and housewife. After Elaine goes to the beach with friends and takes their baby along, Larry takes the infant and goes home to his mother. After a few weeks of socializing with her friends, Elaine still feels emotionally empty. Larry and the baby pay her a visit. Elaine apologizes and agrees to be “a full-time wife!”
