Synopsis

Killian approaches Siphon, Cannon and Aspen and tells them of his change of heart as he asks to be made part of the delegation that will sit down and talk peace with the humans. Aspen violently protests but Siphon tells her he will allow it. Just as the peace summit is getting under way, however, the Black rise from the depths and hang a huge orb of ocean water over the proceedings.
