Cover has both the Dark Horse and Lucas Books logo but was published by Dark Horse Books; Title page calls this "Classic Star Wars A New Hope" but the indicia title is simply Star Wars.

This version was included with a limited edition DVD box set release of Star Wars Episode IV (original theatrical and re-cut editions included). Sold through Wal-Mart.

Similar DVD/comic box sets were also released for the other two in the original trilogy.
