Synopsis

Professor Hangnail needs human guinea pigs to test his rocket ship......Doc and Sniffer barely qualify. But Hangnail kidnaps them anyway for a supposed trip to Mars, a ploy which generates public hysteria while his gang loots the town dressed like aliens.
