Synopsis

Dredd has to track down an escaped Fang Beast, which has made its home in apartment 24b, Bill Bixby Block, where it feeds first on young would-be scientist Kelvin. Kelvin's parents think the Fang Beast is their son, and his new appearance is the result of an experiment gone wrong.
