Synopsis
Mad Doctor Doom enlarges a dragonfly to steal an armored car, planning to smuggle it aboard the Pride of Walvis Bay and finance his plans for world domination. Little Archie, helping Chic Cooper with his paper route, ends up at Doom's lair, Crackstone Manor. Soon Archie, Chic, and Kimberly Clark are in an aerial battle with Doom and Chester over the open water.
